Friends of East Bend Town Square, Inc.
The Friends of East Bend Town Square was formed to support and maintain the East Bend Town Square. The group’s incorporated status has been approved by the NC Secretary of State’s office, and a Solicitation License has been obtained from that office so the group is bona fide for fundraising. The Friends have also been granted nonprofit 501(c)(3) status by the IRS so that all donations are eligible for a tax deduction. Currently the Friends are primarily focused on planning activities and events for the Town Square community. Volunteers help with landscaping chores like watering, weeding, and monitoring the cleanliness of the town square. Meetings are held on an as needed basis.
Anyone interested in being a part of the Friends of East Bend Town Square should send an email to Jan Hicks. You will be informed of any meeting dates, activities that need volunteer help, and any fundraising projects.
